Farm manager or intern positions
To be considered for the manager position you should have significant working experience on a small scale vegetable farm. Preferably, you will have all of the skills to play a substantial role in the daily operation of the farm and can use this opportunity as a platform to your own operation. Obviously, we are only interested in highly motivated, responsible (and fun) people. Couples welcome. Compensation will include a monthly stipend, room and board, work incentives and a great social circle.
To be considered for the intern position you should be willing to work hard and learn many new skills. Previous farm experience is a great bonus, but not required.
For both positions: We expect workers to put in full weeks of 40-50 hours consisting of five days per week. The length of employment is flexible, but ideally employees will work from mid to late May until October.
